1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using Leakifyhub in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using Leakifyhub and leave the website.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Leakifyhub is strictly an adult product. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to access Leakifyhub. By creating an account or using any feature you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Nature of the Service

Leakifyhub provides AI-driven companion experiences. All characters, models, photos, voices and conversations are generated or curated by Leakifyhub and are not real human beings. Any resemblance to a real person, living or otherwise, is unintentional.

4. No Real-Person Representation

AI girlfriends on Leakifyhub are fictional. Leakifyhub does not facilitate contact with real escorts, real performers or any real adult worker. Attempting to use Leakifyhub to solicit real-life services is strictly forbidden.

5. Account Registration

If Leakifyhub offers account creation you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and remain fully responsible for any activity under your account. Leakifyhub may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Leakifyhub for any illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, harassing or discriminatory purpose. You will not attempt to bypass technical limits, scrape data, reverse engineer the AI models, or interfere with other users.

7. Prohibited Content

You must never attempt to generate or request content that depicts minors, non-consensual scenarios, real identifiable individuals without consent, extreme violence, or any other content prohibited by applicable law. Leakifyhub actively monitors for such attempts and will terminate offending accounts.

8. User-Submitted Content

If you post comments or reviews on Leakifyhub, you grant Leakifyhub a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, edit, format and distribute that content for the operation and promotion of the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, model artwork, designs, text, code and aggregated data on Leakifyhub are the exclusive property of Leakifyhub or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right.

10. Subscriptions and Payments

If Leakifyhub offers paid subscriptions or one-time purchases, all charges are processed by third party payment providers. Prices, billing cycles and refund rules will be presented at the point of purchase and will form part of these Terms.

11. Refund Policy

Leakifyhub is entertainment. If you experience emotional distress or feel that AI companionship is impacting your real-world relationships negatively, you are encouraged to take a break and seek the support of a qualified professional.

18. No Guarantee of Outcome

Leakifyhub does not guarantee any specific emotional, romantic or therapeutic outcome. Experience varies between users and between models.

19. Account Termination

Leakifyhub reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access at its sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms, fraud, chargebacks, abuse of other users or risk to the platform.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

Leakifyhub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

21. Limitation of Liability
